***SEEKING PROJECT MANAGER FOR PROJECT IN QUEENS!
Overview
Delric Construction Co., Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. The position's main duties are to plan and supervise each construction project from start to finish with clear communication to all project stakeholders. The Project Manager handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. An ideal candidate should be organized and able to manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance.
Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager should:
- Effectively communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, field personnel, etc. to determine specifications of the project
- Be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures
- Coordinate a team of professionals across disciplines to ensure the best results
- Supervise the work of laborers, along with site superintendents, and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims systems in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
- Responsible to track project changes and produce updated schedules
- Have fluent knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints
- File all project documents appropriately (hard and soft copies)
- Remain in ongoing communication with company owner
- Have an analytical mind and great organizational skills
Skills & Abilities
- English proficiency is a must
- Computer and technology literacy necessary (ex: Excel, Office, Outlook)
- Familiarity with various construction software preferred (ex: Procore, E-Builder, RedTeam, Kahua, Prolog, BlueBeam, CM13, Primavera)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team or independently
- Industry knowledge is also a plus!
Qualifications & Experience
Project Management experience (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
