Roles and Responsibilities

As a Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment providing many opportunities to have an active voice. You will advise clients on their Supply Chain and Operations strategy and work with them to implement next generation solutions.

This role will manage solution delivery through a variety of activities including process design, data analytics, , establishing performance metrics and new policies, and knowledge management. The role requires deep analytical and complex problem-solving skills with knowledge of optimization methods, financial computations, statistical analysis, and advanced mathematical modeling techniques. Additionally, this role requires exposure to advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.

Required Qualifications / Experience

• 5 years' experience in strategic sourcing and category management
• 5 years leading sourcing teams implementing and delivering large strategic sourcing projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to foster relationship with client stakeholders. Strong leadership skills to mentor and coach sourcing teams on sourcing project execution
• Ability to mentor and lead multiple sourcing project teams to deliver task assignments on or before deadlines
• Strong project management skills
• Strong expertise in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Travel up to 50% annually (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.

Preferred Skills

• Deep exposure with visualization tools such as: Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, Perceptive, R, SAS, and MS Visio
• Deep business process design and analytics skills
• Hands on experience with e-Sourcing tools such as Coupa and Ariba

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $131,000 to $268,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
