The Medical Records Specialist and Central Supply Tech’s main responsibility is to handle and keep track of patient medical records in healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert to turn to for organizing, updating, and making sure patient info is accurate and timely. This is a dual role that also involves inventory management with the facility’s central supply. Both roles work closely together as both involve time management, attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for our residents
• Organize and manage the central supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Track and monitor medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper distribution and usage
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to retrieve and deliver medical records as needed
•  Adhere to privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of all medical records and patient information
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in medical records management or supply inventory preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
