As a server assistant, you will be pivotal to our efforts to present our menu to hundreds of guests every night. It's a balance between high volume and high standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Polish glassware and silverware
• Run food and drinks to tables and maintain knowledge of our menu items
• Clear and reset tables

How You Excel:

• Communicate the needs of the restaurant effectively to teammates and management

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays and bus tubs weighing up to 25 pounds.
