Overview

Summary:Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Air Logistics Center (ALC) located at Tinker AFB in OKC. This position is part of a large software development team supporting web-based applications for ALC customer’s globally. This position is Monday through Friday, 40 hour work week and DNI contributes 100% to employee benefits offering BCBS PPO, vision, dental, matching 401K, short and long term disability, and life insurance. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior application support analyst and software development tester for maintenance information system.
• Provide user interface design and program layout direction for screen development and improvements.
• Review customer's request for system improvements, provide technical recommendation and solutions, and work with AMC customer and programmers to ensure compliance of customers' requirements.
• Ensure program changes are tested for completeness and accuracy.
• Review test results and initiate corrective actions.
• Develop test plans by specifying program modules inputs and expected outputs.
• Create and enhance existing maintenance manuals on program usage and functionality for customer.
• Perform on an agile team, participating in daily and monthly meetings to optimize productivity and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Security Certification required
