Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading training and business solution projects to be delivered to the customer on time, on budget, and with the correct specifications. The Project Manager is also responsible for operational management of established training and business services. The Project Manager applies experience analyzing aviation and administrative policies to lead, guide, manage, and coordinate policy and resource management programs throughout.

Essential Functions of the Position

• Lead assigned projects, including but not limited to process optimization, audio/visual support, instructor-led training, training scheduling, and documentation.
• Present to and communicate with stakeholders on project process and outcomes.
• Ensures adherence to the quality management plan for all project deliverables.
• Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan and schedule in order to meet customer deliverables.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports.
• Manage inventory and organization of project-related equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does require direct supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

• Required to walk, stand, sit, and move about the property for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Work Environment

• Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
• Noise level can range from minimal to intense.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in project management.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.
• Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Possess a Valid Drivers’ License without special restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have a degree or 3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft power platform.
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel.

Security Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
