IT Business Analyst Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Business Analyst Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the team of IT business analysts best practices, delivery and performance.
• Drive the advancement and standards of the IT BA team
• Staff management, hiring, onboarding, orientation, training and development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Leadership experience for BA/Technical Analyst teams
• Hiring, onboarding, training, management, creating performance plans, etc. 
• Technical background as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Developer, etc.
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile enviornment 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CTC or CEC certification
• SaFe certification or practical experience
• Azure DevOps experience
• Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications or two years of practical experience
