Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Repair machinery and equipment as needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS
- Fabricate parts when necessary

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with logic controllers and CMMS software
- Customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors
- Leadership abilities for supervising maintenance tasks
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to fabricate parts when needed

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• On call

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Inkster, MI 48141 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Inkster, MI 48141: Relocate before starting work (Required)
