Experienced maintenance technician needed. Basic maintenance skills required. These include:
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Carpentry
Drywall
Routine repair work
Able to do grounds work and snow removal
Some maintenance experience recommended.
Must have valid drivers license and vehicle
Must be able to take on call emergencies that are shared with team maintenance techs
