DEKTEX is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Middleton, WI

Location: Madison & Surrounding Areas

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales inquiries, assisting client's questions/needs and guiding the customer through our companies build process.

Recommended Hours/Days:

  • 8am-6pm (Mon-Thur)
  • 8am-1pm (Friday

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/HSED

Professional Licenses/Certifications:

  • None required, pay rate adjustment possible if any

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales of composite/PVC decks, docks, patios and pergolas with proven system
  • Working with residential and commercial customers on projects
  • Work with our design team on job costing, full design elements, measuring and material ordering of outdoor space
  • Provide unrivaled customer service by meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations for quality, service and unsurpassed value.
  • Self-driven to develop professional and personal goal base.
  • Tasked to understand general construction knowledge in outdoor space construction.
  • Must be able to independently commute to site locations

Experience/Qualifications:

(The following are minimum requirements)

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Deck/Dock/Patio material/experience preferred but not necessary
  • Any additional experience in the construction industry is beneficial
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to provide above average customer service
  • Proven track record
  • Drive and leadership.
  • Ability to maximize opportunities and achieve and exceed personal goals
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Hard working, competitive
  • Strong customer service ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Background and/or interest in the construction industry
  • Background check required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
