• Prepare and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Represent Defense International Security Services in court proceedings and hearings, advocating our interests and presenting compelling arguments.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of the company, striving for favorable outcomes while upholding our reputation and values.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to management, addressing legal concerns and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and external legal counsel to develop robust legal strategies and mitigate risks effectively.
• Stay abreast of developments in laws and regulations pertinent to security services, integrating new insights into our legal approach.

Qualifications 1:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in [relevant jurisdiction].
• Proven experience in litigation, with a track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Strong proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on fostering positive client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate: $65-85/hr -Negotiable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
