Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. As the Sales Manager of National Tax Advisory Services, you will formulate and implement effective sales strategies, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth for our tax services division. Your ability to lead, motivate, and inspire the team will be crucial in achieving our business objectives and providing exceptional tax solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to promote our tax services and increase market penetration.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to assess the effectiveness of current strategies, make data-driven decisions, and propose improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with our tax experts, accountants, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with in-depth knowledge of tax services, keeping them updated on tax regulations and industry changes.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically in the financial services sector.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of Tax Resolution experience; Strong understanding of tax services, tax planning, and compliance to tailor sales strategies effectively and address clients' unique tax requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and achievement.
  • Client 1st Approach: A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding tax solutions and ensuring long-lasting client relationships.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the tax services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.
