Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analytics & Operations Analyst to report to the Digital Media Marketing Manager and maintain the technical integrity, financial accuracy, and performance visibility of our marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will manage event tracking across GTM, GA4, and Everflow, safeguard lead quality, audit affiliate billing, and establish early-warning indicators across digital partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Source QA & Technical Integrity: Audit digital and affiliate marketing sources (phone routing, landing pages, tracking parameters, lead field mappings); manage event tracking and tag configurations across Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Everflow.
• Source Onboarding & Governance: Assist in onboarding new partners by verifying tracking, attribution, and lead delivery logic before launch; enforce partner compliance checklists for lead standards and contractual alignment.
• Operations, Scorecards & Documentation: Build and maintain source QA scorecards; map and document marketing data flows, attribution rules, and QA standards to streamline workflows across affiliate and paid media channels.
• Performance Monitoring & Early Warnings: Produce weekly source health reports tracking volume and quality trends; establish early-warning indicators to detect declining lead quality, attribution bugs, or non-compliant traffic.
• Financial & Invoice Auditing: Reconcile monthly partner invoices against verified leads, calls, and conversions under contracted pricing models (CPL, CPA, revenue share); flag discrepancies and collaborate with leadership to resolve billing issues.
• Analytics & Automation: Conduct ad hoc data analysis to diagnose funnel leaks or data gaps; partner with analytics teams to automate recurring reports and reduce manual audit efforts.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and tracking stacks (specifically GTM, GA4, and affiliate platforms like Everflow).
• Strong technical understanding of digital tracking parameters (UTMs), call routing, API lead sheets, and attribution models.
• Demonstrated experience in data reconciliation, invoice auditing, or financial oversight of digital marketing spend.
• Exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and organizational documentation skills.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort working across dashboards and raw data sources.
