Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring a qualified, patient-care-focused Cook to work for a Hospital Facility in the Pasadena, TX area.

The Cooks' is responsible for preparing, portion, grilling, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares menu dishes following established recipes and undesignated ingredients that meet production and quality standards.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
• Cook food products for patients, café, catering functions, and doctor’s lounge. Maintain high quality, proper temperatures and garnish all plates.
• Coordinates with the Production Chef and Food Service Coordinators to ensure scheduled meal preparation and/or meal delivery

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Required
• 1 years of Grill Cook experience – Required 
• Food Handler Certification – Required 
• Cooking for 200 patience experience - Required

Job Details:

•  7am – 7:30pm 
• $12/hr benefits
• Full benefits – healthcare, dental, vision, 401k program.
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
