Accounting Assistant/AP and AR Specialist
* This is an in-office position*
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Responsible for A/P and A/R entry
- Post bills, receipts, and process payments
- Communicate effectively with customers and other departments
- Process new vendors and customers and maintain files
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile credit card transactions
Qualifications:
- Understanding of accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
