Deadwood Mountain Grand Resort is looking for a new team member to join our Deadwood, SD location!

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Bar Manager is to manage all beverage outlets of Deadwood Mountain Grand. This includes Dale's Sports Bar, Patio Bar and Event Center Bar. Our ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests and employees. This includes greeting guests, answering questions about our food and beverage offerings, providing recommendations, and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and feeling special. The Bar Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, scheduling, ordering, budgets, and day to day operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant or bar preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and other team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
