The Marketing Assistant provides office support, data entry, and assistance in meeting deadlines. Responsible for maintaining marketing customer e-mail contact lists and updating customer portals with product, pricing and promotional information. Coordinates distribution and maintains appropriate inventory of marketing materials. The ideal candidate must be able to work on a team in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet, and enjoy problem-solving with attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

· Owns Marketing email inbox and ensuring any customer inquiries are a priority.

· Maintains the product changes requests for DCI Edge and DCI Parts catalogs.

· Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. i.e. submitting assets to dealer portals. Provides dealer support by providing product, promotion, and pricing information based on dealer requests via phone or e-mail.

· Database entry and file management.

· Proofreading, tracking projects, and communicate status.

· Updating sales presentations

· Track and report on marketing spend.

· Coordinates the inventory and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, order guides, & promotional materials

· Support VP of Sales, VP of Marketing/Strategy, and Sr Marketing Manager for calendars, scheduling, travel, expense reporting, etc.

· Assist in production of the monthly sales newsletter.

· Expense Account Management. Tracks and summarizes expenses and visa receipt entries.

· Acts as the sales and marketing point person for internal communication

Educational and Skill Requirements:

· Minimum three years of experience in supporting sales and/or marketing.

· Fast learner with strong interpersonal relationship skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Problem solving and decision-making skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excel experience with formulas a requirement.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
