We are currently in search of a qualified Compliance Agent to assist our company in securing a security license within the state of Maryland. We are offering a one-time fee of $1,000.00 to the selected individual upon successful acquisition of the license. Additionally, there will be a recurring annual fee of $500.00 payable to the agent upon each successful license renewal.

Qualifications Required:

We invite applications from individuals or firms who meet the following criteria as stipulated by the Maryland State Police:

- The applicant, whether an individual or a firm, must be duly licensed before offering security guard services in Maryland.

- The applicant must possess a reputation of good character. In the case of a firm, this requirement extends to all members.

- The minimum age for individual applicants or firm representatives is 25 years.

- The applicant must satisfy one of the following experience requirements:

1. A minimum of five years of full-time experience as a certified or licensed private detective.

Or

2. A minimum of five years of full-time experience as a police officer with an organized police agency, including successful completion of a police officer training course recognized by the Maryland Police Training Commission.

Or

3. A minimum of three years of experience in an investigative capacity as a detective while serving with an organized police agency.

Or

4. A minimum of three years of experience in an investigative capacity with any unit of the United States, the State, or a county or municipal corporation within the State engaged in law enforcement, coupled with successful completion of the police officer training mandated by the Maryland Police Training Commission.

Or

5. A minimum of five years of full-time experience as a fire investigator for a fire department or law enforcement agency within the State, including successful completion of training certified by either the Maryland Police Training Commission or the Maryland Fire-Rescue Education and Training Commission.

Or

6. A minimum of five years of full-time experience as a correctional supervisor with the rank of Lieutenant or above in a correctional facility in the state, along with successful completion of training required by the correctional training commission.
