Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting company products or services through effective communication.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
