The Junior Project Manager role will report to the Chief of Staff to manage and oversee multiple cross functional projects. This individual will be responsible for collaborating across all levels of the organization to successfully complete projects - both internal and external - on time and within budget. This is a high visibility role that requires excellent organization, communication, and executive presence.

Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and internal staff.
• Determine resources required to successfully complete each project.
• Create and manage timeline and budget for each implementation task; identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to either internal or client management teams.
• Monitor and influence project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks / milestones.
• Consult and collaborate with the Chief of Staff or assigned Business Lead to seek guidance and input during the key phase(s) of each project.
• Develop metrics to measure project effectiveness and success.
• Summarize and report out on project progress to internal and external leadership.
