DESCRIPTION

Director, Customer Success/Account Management

DayTwo is looking for a Director, Customer Success/Account Management who is energized by engaging with customers, building relationships and delivering results. As a strategic Director, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and act as a key advisor to them in rolling out successful benefits programs with DayTwo. You will lead and manage a portfolio of employer and payor partners with 5,000 individuals each, and collaborate with multiple internal departments at DayTwo (Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to service those relationships. DayTwo is the leader in telehealth-based precision nutrition that enables a path to remission for metabolic disease. Our customers include some of the largest employers and payors in the US. hat you’ll do:

  • Own the overall health and success of your portfolio by assessing client needs, reporting results, and developing strong, long-term, consultative relationships with clients, which may include enterprise employers, health plans, and providers
  • Manage, renew and execute against a portfolio of key client accounts, driving key program outcomes
  • Serve as a strategic and consultative thought partner to your clients in shaping their benefits and broader benefit offerings and health plan delivery strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow business within the customer portfolio and manage the end-to-end renewal process
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including benefit managers, VP/SVP/C-Suite execs and consultants/brokers
  • Identify customer challenges and risk areas, develop solutions, and execute proactively to avoid churn
  • Work more broadly across the organization on key strategic initiatives that bring value to our customers and members
