Associates need basic math, problem solving, good decision-making skills, and mechanical aptitude, as well as computer skills to operate the machinery. Candidates must be able to take their on-the -job training and apply it to various challenging applications needed to support Medical, Aerospace, Energy, Automotive, and Commercial components. If you are someone willing to learn, put the effort into making yourself and our organization better, we will teach you the technical side and succeed together.

This is not a typical repetitive factory job. We are looking for associates who are capable of working at the highest level, take pride in what they do, and strive to be the best.

Work Responsibilities include:

• Learn the process and follow all written work instructions without fail
• Write up, wash, build, inspect, and pack customer parts. It’s not that simple, but if you are willing to put in the effort, you will succeed.
• Be accountable. Know when to ask for help. Be productive and positive.
• Identifying tool types and substrate
• Inspect components prior to coating
• Inspect parts after coating to meet standard
• Properly secure and pack parts for return to customers
• Accurately count and measure parts and document as instructed
• Review required paperwork
• Thoroughly complete all paperwork as trained
• Read and understand documentation associated with each order, including drawings
• Gain understanding of what particular parts are and requirements for each
• Gain understanding of process equipment
• Provide pre- and post-treatment as directed by work order.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain security of parts at all times
• Precise handling of parts to minimize any damage
• Support production, sales, customer fulfillment as needed and assigned
• Comply with all additional tasks and instructions as assigned

Qualifications:

• Positive Attitude
• Commitment to consistently arrive to work at appointed time and have track record of good attendance
• Experience in manufacturing helpful
• Ability to be on your feet for entire shift
• Have the drive and interest to increase knowledge of company and products, through own personal efforts
• Reliable and consistent performance. Be that go-to person the team can depend on!
• Ability to maintain and sort all production related tooling.
• Knowledge of general safety procedures
• Ability to grasp technical terms.
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer, math and reading proficiency.
• Coating experience (required for Coating Technician position)
• Inspection / microscope experience helpful for Lab Technician
• Engineering / Maintenance Technician opportunity requires basic mechanical knowledge, problem solving ability, and methodical thinking process
