Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk during the night shift, ensuring all guest accounts are balanced and accurate.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Check-in late-arriving guests and handle any guest inquiries or concerns during the night
- Process end-of-day reports and prepare daily financial summaries
- Assist with guest check-outs and handle reservations for the following day
- Monitor security cameras and respond to any security issues that may arise
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and guest relations
- Ability to handle customer service inquiries effectively
