Operations Assistant Duties:
Review of all guest accounts
Training of staff
Review of day to day ops and identify areas of improvement and execute
Scheduling
Emails
Guest complaints
Scanning / filing
Calls, etc...
I am in the middle of a transition from 1 property to another. If you have ever dealt with hotel closings, that's something I also need assistance with. A few examples would be setting up vender and utilities transfers, scanning and uploading docs to a cloud, setting up new vendor accounts, packing up an office and transporting everything securely.
I need someone who can focus on tasks that I consider important within the day to day ops, such as:
Check rooms sold on the previous nights
Communicate with FD so make sure there is sufficient HSKP coverage
Check bank deposits, CC batch, cash
Property walk around
Team huddle - Game plan and execution for the day
Review of all guest accounts for billing accuracy
Emails, mails, guest reviews, medallia
Scheduling, paying invoices, inventory orders
