Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing and closing out daily financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees

Experience:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are beneficial in order to assist guests from different backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
