Pay Scale: 70k to 75K

Summary:

MORES Director serves as support to the Mobile Engagement Director to ensure the Mobile Engagement Program in assigned areas functions with high quality and consistency. MET services provide the evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment, which requires a high degree of independent decision-making by the MORES Director in consultation with the Mobile Engagement Director. The MORES Director provides on call services on a regularly scheduled basis. Assists the MET Director in efforts to collaborate with relevant Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and all stakeholders (i.e. hospitals, law enforcement, etc.) to maintain 24/7/365 Mobile Engagement Team (MET) services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides regularly scheduled MET services in assigned area(s).

Mentors the clinical Mobile Engagement Services through case consultation, new employee orientation, and training other staff to increase their clinical effectiveness, productivity and therapeutic skills. Provides in-service training as appropriate, deliver clinical education programs, provides best practices training to staff, also participates in agency-wide training programs/in-services

In coordination with the MET Director, TL assists with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes and audits and assures all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, assists in ensuring strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Assists MET Director in evaluating the ongoing performance of consumer services, as well as the individual performance of other MET clinicians. Participates in the selection and hiring of therapists

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide on-site clinical consultation to all MORES Staff.

Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university. Three to five years of clinical practice experience.
