Job Responsibilities: Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the program. Ensures that each team is operating in accordance with the standardized fidelity measure of the Tool for Measurement of ACT (TMACT.) Provides team leaders for each ACTT with supervision and training on updated program and agency changes. Provides cross trainings on specialists services. Attends regional and stakeholder meetings. Ensures region workforce is staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed. Serve as the liaison between the Program Director and the team leaders for each ACT team. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements/Education/Training: Minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university. Two to four years of clinical practice experience. Must be Licensed or Certified in Area of Practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Practicing Psychologist.
Special Working Conditions (overtime, emergency on-call, travel, stressful, repetitious, etc): Must be available to Team Leads for calls regarding crisis of ACTT clients 24/7 365. May on occasions drive to locations outside county for trainings or meetings. While driving may be exposed to various weather conditions.
Other Necessary Skills/Special Training: Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Must possess strong clinical skills, a vast knowledge base of mental health and substance abuse disorders and vigor to continue the learning process. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
