Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure supplies are stocked
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and making change
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote drinks and menu items
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with Spot On POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
