Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Sales Manager opportunity include:

• Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager in the Residential Roofing industry
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license required
• Build and lead a sales team, focusing on training and recruiting, while expanding your own business network with professionals like realtors and insurance agents
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and quality products to homeowners
• Excel in closing sales through diligent follow-ups, nurturing customer relationships, and maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary based on experience, with potential to earn total compensation of $125,000 - $200,000 including commission.
