Century Roofing Construction is Hiring a Roofing Sales Representative Near Houston, TX
Have you worked in the roofing industry? Do you love sales? Does the thought of uncapped commissions get you out of bed in the morning? Use your sales industry knowledge to help grow our roofing company. This is an opportunity to work on commission and build a book of business for yourself.
No industry knowledge? Come learn! Sales experience will be needed to be successful. Roofing experience preferred but not required. We can help you learn!

We need someone who knows how to provide great customer service and can show they truly care about people, not just the commission they make.

We believe in educating our customers about filing claims on their homeowners insurance and we walk them through each step of the process so they feel confident they are making the best decision for their home.
The Job:
- Door knocking
- Follow up calls
- Cold Calling
- Learning all about roofing
- Managing appointments in a CRM
- Keeping management informed
**Must be committed to working hard and learning all you can about the roofing industry**
Goals:
2 sales per week minimum
5 sales per month would pay around $10k
Compensation/Benefits:
- Commission up to 40%
- Draw available after every sale

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $6,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract

Travel requirement:
- Up to 100% travel
