This role will interface with several levels of ETL, database architecture, automation, and analysis to support active IKC programs. The main focus will be to develop automated processes to ingest and transform data from our IKC payor/provider partners into the team’s databases and/or data mart and maintain those processes as needed. This role is critical in preparing the data and ensuring it’s accuracy for regular program reporting, ad hoc analysis, and yearly reconciliation. This role will work with various teammates across the team including analysts, managers and directors to gather requirements for new projects, support data needs, and to be a resource for questions about the data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop automation and processes for data from new clients or other new data sources through SQL, Bash, and Python in compliance with the team’s SDLC process. This includes, but is not limited to, developing new tables, ETLs, and work flows.
Participate in and lead the development and deployment of new metrics and other logic to transform data into meaningful information for reporting.
Maintain database as needed. Troubleshoot and correct issues as they arise and escalate to leadership as needed.
Identify data and reporting processes and workflows in need of improvement and work with stakeholders and other analysts to develop and implement improvements.
Lead weekly team huddles and manage ticket releases (SDLC) as assigned (handed off quarterly).
Build relationships with both internal and external partners and clients.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Proficient in in all Microsoft applications
Experience with SQL and managing relational databases
Experience and/or interest in other programming languages including Python, Java, Bash or other structured programming languages.
Experience with health care claims or other health care data

Salary/ Wage Range
$51,400.00 - $75,500.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
