Role:
AgentSync’s Analytics team is on a mission to make complex data simple. This is a small (but mighty) team of analytics and data professionals who seek to empower our colleagues to make data-informed and strategic decisions backed by quality metrics and sound analysis. We treat data as a product, not just a service, by maintaining analytics and reporting infrastructure that powers our analysis and democratizes data accessibility for our business partners.
As an early member of the Analytics team, you’ll serve as a model for excellence in data-driven decision making. You’ll help shape data processes and values as the team expands and you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop rapidly. Although your focus will be providing analyses, recommendations, and insights to the business, your work will span the full data stack.

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$160,000 - $180,000 Annual Bonus
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
