Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join the Davis Kitchen and Tile family. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on selling our products and services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Present our services and products to potential clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts
Requirements:
- Proven track record in outside sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for sales presentations and CRM software
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in construction sales or related industry
- Account management experience is a plus
