New Home Consultant:

Are you an experienced sales professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant! Working in a growth-oriented and rewarding environment, you will have the chance to help potential homebuyers find their dream home. As a New Home Consultant, you will use your exceptional relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong closing techniques to meet and exceed your sales targets. Primary Responsibilities:

Our New Home Consultant will be responsible for converting prospects into Future Davidson Homeowners, generating referrals, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.

• Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management
• Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites
• Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
• Must be a strong team collaborator
• Assist Online Sales Consultant & Marketing Team
• Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in homebuilding or luxury sales
• Proven metrics and sales results (e.g. percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards and accomplishments)
• Professional communication skills
• Four-year degree preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions
