Learning Opportunity:

The E-commerce Intern will play a pivotal role in optimizing Amazon data strategy, leveraging analytics tools to enhance product visibility, sales, and customer engagement. Additionally, the intern will contribute to chargeback resolution processes, ensuring efficient resolution of payment disputes

Internship Description:

Contribute to chargeback resolution processes, ensuring efficient resolution of payment disputes.

An effective process is created for chargebacks.

Other duties related to Amazon sales as assigned.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Displays a cheerful disposition in working on projects outside the typical workflow of this position. Effectively helps others in special projects.

Qualifications

Internship Requirements:
Formal Education: In college can be any grade level

Experience: N/A

SpecializedKnowledge/Certification:N/A

Equipment Knowledge: Ability to effectively use a computer and utilize excel.

Internship Working Conditions:

1. Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
2. Working environment cubicle office and co-working spaces with some noise
3. Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
4. Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typical but must have a willingness and flexibility to work during evenings and weekends if/when necessary.
5. Some travel may be required.
