Davenport Environmental, Inc. is Hiring a Customer Relations Specialist Near Raleigh, NC

Customer Relations Specialist / Inside Sales

Davenport Environmental, Inc. is a growing lawn care and pest control company based in Raleigh, NC servicing North and South Carolina. We are seeking a full-time experienced customer relations and inside sales specialist for our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service and inside sales, a good aptitude for computer usage, strong organizational and analytical skills, and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This specialist will focus on increasing sales and our customer service level through answering inbound calls, quoting customers, inputting orders, and helping to resolve any customer issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. This position will consist of heavy phone volume.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide lawn care and/or pest control quotes over the phone or email through a formal quote process
  • Follow up on quotes and communicate with customers for any needs
  • Answer customer calls and respond to questions
  • Input customer orders and complete daily paperwork
  • Outbound customer calls for seasonal services
  • Communicate with field technicians and admin staff throughout the day as needed

Compensation:

Hourly Based on Experience and Education

Holidays, Paid Time Off, Medical, Vision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
