Customer Relations Specialist / Inside Sales
Davenport Environmental, Inc. is a growing lawn care and pest control company based in Raleigh, NC servicing North and South Carolina. We are seeking a full-time experienced customer relations and inside sales specialist for our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service and inside sales, a good aptitude for computer usage, strong organizational and analytical skills, and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This specialist will focus on increasing sales and our customer service level through answering inbound calls, quoting customers, inputting orders, and helping to resolve any customer issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. This position will consist of heavy phone volume.
