Job description
Dave Says Yes is part of Dayton’s largest automotive dealership groups and has an amazing opportunity to grow our team. We are currently seeking Sales Representatives. Any previous sales experience is a huge plus, but not required. If you have worked in real estate, retail sales, or any customer service position, we would love to hear from you! Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process
- Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
- Participate in sales trainings and meetings
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles.
- Provide a “world-class” delivery presentation and after sale follow up
- Complete & maintain OEM certification
- Continual training and professional development
What we are looking for:
- Sales Experience is a plus but not required
- Outstanding customer service
- Coachable team member who wants to learn from the best in the business
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and dynamic personality who likes working with others
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Valid driver's license
