Dave Arbogast Ford is part of Dayton’s largest automotive dealership groups and has an amazing opportunity to grow our team. We are currently seeking Sales Professionals. Any previous sales experience is a huge plus, but not required. If you have worked in real estate, retail sales, or any customer service position, we would love to hear from you! Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process
- Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
- Participate in sales trainings and meetings
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles.
- Provide a “world-class” delivery presentation and after sale follow up
- Complete & maintain OEM certification
- Continual training and professional development
What we are looking for:
- Sales Experience is a plus but not required
- Outstanding customer service
