Our company is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer relations. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for imports/exports, directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle. Responsibilities:
- Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.
- Coordinate and negotiate with brokers and vendors.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Develop and implement global transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:
- Transportation & Logistics Management
- Supply Chain & Procurement
- Order & Invetory Management
- Warehouse Management & Team Leadership
- Shipping & Receiving
- Vendor, Customer, & Broker Relations
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Preferred:
Bilingual in English & Spanish
