Role: Technical Business Analyst
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)
Must Have Skills
The ideal candidate will have a varied background in software development and a familiarity with and curiosity about various technology platforms.
The candidate will also have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to share research findings with the broader Ford IT community.
- 5 years of experience in a variety of IT disciplines
- Experience in programming languages & scripting languages
- Aptitude for complex IT research, brainstorming, learning new technologies & processes
- Strong motivation to enjoy learning and creating
- Experience collaborating within and across teams with Ford and Agency employees
- Experience working with global business and technology partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with business, technology partners, and team members
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
