Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Shift timing: 8:30 - 4:30 (Flexible 9:00 to 2:00 (20 hours a week) and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (21 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00 pm (unpaid)
Assignment Location: 12DQuakerbridge Plaza Hamilton NJ 08619
Pay rate: $20/hr
Verify match shipping slips, timesheets with invoices, enter payments
-Maintaining logs, collecting and entering data
-Assistance with issues regarding vendors, invoices and payments.
-Performing general office duties, such as basic filing procedures and maintaining records in database system.
Knowledge with excel and word to update, edit and creates spreadsheets.
Other duties as needed
