DataVizion is Hiring a Service Delivery Manager Near Lincoln, NE

Impact You’ll Make:

Under the direction of the Director of Small & Mid-Sized Business, the Service Delivery Manager will lead the Managed Service team. This role requires a team-oriented individual responsible for executing excellent client support and service and developing programs focusing on key clients and increasing market share. The Service Delivery Manager is a critical team member that focuses on the core values in the pursuit of client, employee, and company success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure service level agreements are met while delivering an overall excellent client service experience
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and enforce a “culture of documentation”
  • Create and implement strategies to drive client retention
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with high-profile clients and key decision-makers
  • Develop and monitor internal standard operating procedures and IT service management practices
  • Lead and manage the Technical Services team day to day activities. Resolve escalated client service issues, support, and monitor after-hours incident management processes

What You’ve Mastered:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive relationship with current clients
  • Ability to analyze data to spot trends and issues
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and leadership
  • Extreme ownership of day-to-day opportunities and challenges
  • Customer-driven mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Team-centric approach
  • Curiosity and drive for continued learning
  • Ability to work in a company office and/or remotely from a home office
  • Ability to work independently, be adaptable, and tolerate the occasional stressful “high-stakes” situations
