Our client, a successful Educational Consultancy, has asked us to provide them with a super-strong Data Analyst to provide critical analytics for their Breakthrough Results team. This fast-paced, multi-project endeavor helps School Administrators understand where educational foci should be to improve learning initiatives.

THE WORK: The Breakthrough Results team requires the ability to work on multiple 10-week projects at once. This entails working one-on-one with Business Users to collect raw data, analyze it, and provide dynamic reporting throughout the project’s life. The ideal candidate will be curious and flexible and able to drive great results from Excel.

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role. The team works onsite in Boston together every Tuesday and Wednesday. 

MODE: Permanent

REQUIRED: Applicants must have the following: 

• 3-5 years experience

• Excel with strong VBA

• Data presentation and Dashboard Development

• Data loading and transformation in Excel

DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some background in: 

• The k-12 education industry

• Python

• Toucan Analytics 

COMPENSATION: $90-110K
