SUMMARY:

In addition to the Account Executive duties, the Senior Account Executive will mentor other Account Executives to increase sales in other territories. The Senior Account Executive will provide a variety of duties including but not limited to: Physician office visits, work closely with Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinators, maintain logs, deliver medical documentation,

and establish, grow and maintain referral sources, and assist other Account Executives with increasing referrals for specified products that are determined by the Sales Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Physician office and other referral source visits: Go to physician offices to educate them on DASCO's products and other available sources.

2. Assist Account Executives in achieving set goals for specified products.

3. Work closely with Office Managers and Patient Care Coordinators to follow up with referrals and ensure smooth relations.

4. Maintain logs: Keep and maintain logs while mentoring in Account Executive territories and submit/present to the sales manager in a timely manner.

5. Work with Account Executives to deliver medical documentation: Deliver medical documentation to the physician’s office for completion when needed.

6. Help Account Executives to establish, grow and maintain good relationships: Organize meals with physicians and other referral sources to increase sales.

7. Responsible to comply with and report any compliance/safety issues.

8. Work to develop territory plans and present to leadership and peers.

9. Ability to work with Excel (using pivot tables) and other Microsoft office applications.

10. All other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

1. High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) minimal requirement; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Secondary education requirements depending on

position.

2. One -year sales experience, preferably in the medical field.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position with normal hours of days and work, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, subject to adjustment to meet clients' needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has no supervisory role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment or in a clinical setting when visiting physician offices. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Occasionally endure outside weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is typically required to sit; frequently stands, occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include both close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

TRAVEL:

Daily travel is required for this position during regular business hours along with occasional overnight travel for training and corporate meetings at home office.

Employee is responsible for own reliable means of transportation.
