ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Conducts annual, quarterly, and monthly subscription renewal process
• Ensures subscription orders are processed correctly and in accordance with billing & accounting policies.
• Ensure all documents are submitted and invoiced based on customer requirements
• Responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of all orders
• High accuracy and attention to detail. PO/Quote/Agreement/Invoice must tie together and match
• Candidate will be responsible for utilizing multiple resources, not just the subscription entering system but being able to understand the customer master, item master, order management modules, etc. for viewing and collecting information
• Validation of contracts. Ensuring assets are matching, pricing is correctly entered on each line. Contracts that are processed could have upwards of a thousand assets or hundreds of lines and proper entitlements must be ensured
• Familiarity with running and analyzing reports. Systems like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), etc.
• Monitor and review outstanding subscription billing issues and follow up with the appropriate internal or external team(s) to address and ensure corrective action
• Track and follow up on disputes/missing information
• Identify and bring to light any gaps or needed process improvements as it relates to subscription billing
• Must respond in a timely fashion to all internal and external communications
• Provide support to the executive team on tracking revenue against targets and regular financial forecasts.
• Manages relationship subscription partners
• Collaborates with the Sales Manager, Production Manager, and other internal stakeholders as needed.

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work within and across teams to achieve results.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Experience with subscription processing within Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Module & Salesforce.com
• Strong understanding of the key Excel functions, as well as being able to interpret and analyze large data sets coming from various sources:
  • XLOOKUP; SUMIF/COUNTIF/IF STATEMENTS; PIVOT TABLES; CHART & TABLE CREATION; POWER QUERY/BI
