DAS Health is Hiring a Remote Account Manager I - Remote
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact to understand client needs, goals, and challenges
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
- Identify opportunities for account growth within existing client accounts
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose solutions to drive client retention and revenue growth
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction
- Other duties, as assigned
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience is required
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Ability to travel overnight, up to (20%)
- On-call availability for after-hours, as needed
- Ability to work overtime hours to meet project deadlines as required
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Practical experience working with various levels of management
- Ability to analyze complex business and technology issues while understanding a prospective client’s solution requirements
- High energy with strong initiative, unquestionable reliability, and follow-through, self-directed and organized
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable with regard to learning and understanding new technologies, and teaching them to end users at all levels.
- Detail oriented with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Use, protect and disclose patients’ PHI and e-PHI only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
