WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Provide support on all appropriate aspects related to Human Resources for assigned divisions and for the company. An example of the tasks you will be responsible for include:

  • Complete assigned recruiting responsibilities
  • Make recommendations to compensation at the time of job offer as well as internal promotion opportunities
  • Provide support for employment transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations
  • Effectively administer various employee HR programs which may include meeting planning, fleet administration, profit sharing, office events, Performance Management, Individual Development Program, Sales Contests, etc.
  • Understand benefits plans to provide information to employees as required
  • Leave administration including ADA, FMLA, Military Leave, etc.
  • Maintain HR related policies
  • Provide training for assigned responsibilities

HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Two years of applicable HR experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professional business language
  • Ability to travel overnight both domestically and internationally as needed
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
