We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials and products
- Safely handle and stack materials in designated areas
- Pick and pack orders using the forklift as needed
- Perform regular inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to fulfill orders and meet deadlines
- Follow instructions for proper handling and storage of materials
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties such as labeling, scanning, and inventory control as needed
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for forklift operation
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
