We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our growing team of experts. If you are dependable, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off trucks, wheel loaders, and forklifts efficiently and safely
• Perform manual labor tasks and lift up to 50lbs when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through regular housekeeping
• Conduct basic equipment care and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts

Qualifications:

• Possess a Class B CDL or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Prior experience with roll-off trucks and wheel loaders preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies

Benefits & Compensation:

• Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, based on qualifications
• Overtime eligibility for work exceeding 40 hours per week
