Hourly Rate: $17 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Order Picker with Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, operating EPJs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse.
Pick orders accurately based on customer specifications and verify product quality and quantity.
Pack orders securely for shipment and ensure they are staged correctly for loading onto delivery vehicles.
Assist in receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to address any issues or concerns.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Order Picker or similar role in a warehouse environment.
Experience operating Electric Pallet jack (EPJs) is required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work 1st shift hours and occasional overtime as needed.
